Smart Parking. First appeal failed. POPLA appeal next please help

HiThanks for all replied. As promised, I logged on to let you know that I’ve appealed to POPLA using a template from the link you gave me. Within a week or so, I received a letter from smart parks saying they’ve cancelled my PCN.Thanks again for all of your advice.1
