Very good.
Aren't you exhibiting Link v Parkinson or Pace v Noor? I saw them referenced but not by exhibit number.
Typo here should be 'and':
As was already demonstrated in a previous paragraph XXX, the sizes of the dismantled cupboards ad shelves

This has definitely not been an "easy stage" as described in the Newbies. An absolute killer in my book, i feel like I haven't slept for over a week!
Thank you all so much!2 -
UnloadTheShelves said:I would love that hope of the rep not turning up too, but annoyingly this guy mentions in one of his first paragraphs that the hearing is to take place at the RCJ ... I just didn't know if he didn't use the wrong heading.
The legal assistant himself informed me and the court that GS won't be coming to the hearing, but others have warned me that someone will turn up anyway.... I just hope that they will have no deeper knowledge of the case fingers crossed!2 -

****URGENT QUESTION PLEASE!!!!****
***Regarding which court to send the WS bundle to?!***
I went to ask today to the Royal Courts of Justice itself and they WERE NOT ABLE TO TELL ME!
I asked what their email was and THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO TELL ME!
Yes, in my N180 (DQ) I requested Bromley:
Oct 2023, received Notice of Transfer of Proceeding from Civil National Business Centre that it has been transferred to Bromley for allocation.
Jan 2024 Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track: Top right corner above claim number says Bromley
Apr 2024: Notice of Trial date: Top right corner above claim number says Bromley, letter inself informing me that Hearing will take place at RCJ.
NOW: RCJ didn't know which court or which email address to send WS bundle to. It's too massive to print and drop off in person, plus we won't be able to do that anyway...
1. I cannot find RCJ email address anywhere!
2. I have email address for Bromley as enquiries@bromley.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
Question one: Would the Bromley email do for emailing WS bundle?
Question two: DO I EVEN SEND IT TO BROMLEY BASED ON THE ABOVE, OR IT MUST GO TO RCJ SINCE HEARING TAKING PLACE THERE??
Advice would be massively appreciated, thank you!

If it's massive (over 50 sides of A4) the courts won't accept it by email because that exceeds their limit.
Send everything to Bromley who are administering your case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does this mean that I can email but for the hearing itself I need to bring a printed out copy as well, or to submit within the deadline it already needs to be a printed out copy too?
I found this address for "filing and records": e-filing.bromley.countycourt@justice.gov.ukDoes this sound right to send WS bundle too and wait for a potential rejection of an e-file first?
I have no idea what to do....
My biggest problem is that my WS is 129 pages long with all the exhibits and I have no idea how to make it into a bundle physically (too expensive to pay for professional binding , plus no time to do that anyway, I am leaving London for the summer until just before the court date). Plus I don't manage to get the pdf merger to number the pages....0 -
Can some exhibit cases be changed to footnote URLs instead?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But even if i am allowed to do it, I cannot manage that practically at all. I would need to re do the WS accordingly and change exhibits etc and everything else and I will not be able to do that before travelling. Physically impossible, literally no more time left for this before we leave...
Do you reckon this is an option at all:
Send WS to Claimant and the Court to e-filing.bromley.countycourt@justice.gov.uk (if this sounds like an acceptable address to submit WS to?) and then wait if Bromley rejects it and asks for a printed out copy? Then call them or email back (depending on how they contact us) and explain - and ask for a special permission- that we are away but if could bring a physical bundle one week before hearing when we get back from abroad?0 -
Yes do that.
DO NOT mention any issue about the size of the attachment on the covering email.
CC in the solicitor as if all is normal.
If any email bounces, due to size, send two.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to double check:
1. sorry what do you mean "send two" if it bounces back? as in if PDF too large? I emailed it to myself and got it no problem.
2. Just to be absolutely sure: e-filing.bromley.countycourt@justice.gov.uk sounds like an address to send a WS too?
3. CC copy goes to the same "GS legal assistant" who sent his WS to us, correct? Basically use the same email address he emailed us is WS from, right?
Thank you!0
