Why get broadband? Unlimited 5g phone sim, hotspot/cheap 5g routers - what am I missing?

The reason why someone would get 5G broadband is probably because that's designed for using as a broadband replacement as the 5G router plugs into the mains.Dcluk95 said:I see EE have their own 5g broadband monthly package - why would I buy this? What am I missing here? Thank you all
But a smartphone uses a battery so it isn't designed to be on 24 hrs a day. If a smartphone is plugged in for a long time, it can cause issues with the battery bloating. Even MiFi devices can also have issues with battery bloating when left plugged in because they also use a battery.
