    Cheers - if i bring the top rail down slightly, how do you attached the capping? Id rather do it that way as means i could get posts in ground the full 600mm but wasnt sure about the capping
    Closeboard fencing is a tried and trusted system.. all the products you need should be available from a local fencig supplier.. I suggest you give them a call.

    For reference the strip of wood you fix the capping to is called back or counter rail... depending on locaiton.
