A side photo would be more informative. Camera as close to the ceiling as possible.0

It might be on metal spring clips, try pulling downwards but take care if it’s fitted some other way0

As above a side photo would be helpful - some of these fittings had a round rim base that were held in place by little grub screws that you'd be able to see if you looked into the gap between the light fitting and the ceiling. Others were twist and drop, and some were spring clip. Hard to say without seeing a few more photos.

Pictures of side , wondering if loosening the screws is the answer - sorry photos awful but I think they may be the grub screws mentioned above0

Looks to have screws to hold it in place, try unscrewing them?1

Or there is a screw or two in the circular metal fitting between the top of the glass and the ceiling. The lip of the glass dome sits inside of the metal fitting and the screws hold the fitting in place. You need a long thin screwdriver and don’t forget to put your hand under the dome as you withdraw the screws or you may have ‘A Fools and Horses’ moment.1

Yes - definitely the screws to unscrew - but you don't have to unscrew them that they actually come out. As you turn them (there are usually up to three of them) - you'll find the shade will eventually drop - so be ready to catch it. When refitting, screw each screw in a bit at a time until the shade doesn't wobble. Don't overtighten the screws.

If it's three screws, only any two need unscrewing2

That picture showing the screw looks like a fitting I have. On mine you would need to remove all screws, holding the fitting as you remove the last one, because the fitting just drops down.1
