Did you misread the invoice or had FedEx made a mistake?Roosterrs said:I am a bit disappointed in some of the answers above to be honest.I asked for some advice. The numbers are covered as they are private to me. Would the advice I asked for be any different from an approximation to the exact figures. The answer is no. This is the first time I have done anything like this. I have managed to contact FedEx today and they have been very helpful and the issue has been resolved. Thank you to those that have offered me some sound advice regarding this issue.

Strange how many cases there are where the OP does not like the answers theyg et but suddenly it is all ersolved by the company concerned. But the resolution is never shared.
