Terminating Virgin Nightmare!!

Well my son was supposed to come and do some sanding but we got involved in changing his and his mums Broadband as both are out of contract.
Virgin Media 1 1/2 hours doing an online chat with these people to terminate the service and they just wanted to offer better deals and didn’t get the that we wanted to terminate the contract and took over 15 “I want to terminate the contract” statements before they did what was asked.
His Mum is now with TalkTalk and has the full fibre 500MBS for £35 and should have been £39.at her house.
My son has Full Fibre 150 for £26 and that should have been £32 at his home.
Stephen is an existing customer and played them of against EE 's Loyal customer deals.
