Had a call from the JC  to say my reassessment as been put into motion.
Anyone any idea of the time-frame on getting the
assessment form in the post?

Once you're referred you should receive a letter on your journal. You'll then receive the form in the post shortly after.

    Hello Hill Street Blues,

Hope you don't mind me asking, but when was your work capability last reviewed?

I'm on ESA IR, not UC.  Like many others my review was due 2 years ago but was deferred because of the Covid backlog.  My next date for review is now due this summer.  I've seen posts on this and other forums saying WCA reassessments were still suspended but more and more I am seeing those like yourself being contacted to be reassessed.  I know they are dealing with a massive backlog but it would be helpful to try and discern some kind of pattern forming.

Only a few months ago, I noticed many people on ESA/UC mentioning being deferred again for a further 2 years but it looks like they are now starting to play catch up.

    @Noor711 No problem in asking.
I got awarded Support Group from WRAG in Dec 2016 via a tribunal with a recommendation not to have a reassessment within 24 months on ESA.
Moved to LCWRA in UC Sep 22 (due to relocating)

    So it's not unexpected.

So your reassessment is long overdue, then, at least since December 2018.  And, you've since naturally migrated to UC.. so not unexpected as you say.  Thank you for letting me know.

Good luck with it Hill Street Blues.

Apparently there are 5,000 new claims every day at the moment, do the maths it will simply not be possible to do reassessments on anything above a tiny amount but I suppose they have to be seen to be doing something.

There were considerable backlogs before the pandemic and lots of people, maybe hundreds of thousands have not been reviewed since as far back as 2015, maybe they will first try to review people who have not been reviewed for years and who don't fit into any exempt category.

I feel very lucky to be chosen to be one of the very few to have a reassessment planned :o

As per poppy's post today I received a letter via my journal.
For anyone interested who doesn't know, the letter is a UCD35

So they are not delaying then, 6 days from the call, and only one since note on the journal, to getting the UC50.
Please keep the updates coming with how  the timings are currently.
Next one should be how long after sending back the UC50 you get an appointment for a (probably telephone) assessment.

Out of interest, at the point you claimed UC did you submit a fit note to get the claim moving until UC were able to put LCWRA in payment? In the past some people moving from ESA to UC have had to submit a fit note at the start of the UC claim until the SG (or WRAG) status in ESA was transferred over to UC.
