Husband was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis in March. It's mild (his hayfever is worse) but he's been told to cut out caffeine. Currently we are buying Tetleys decaf teabags 120 bags (50% extra free) from Iceland for 2.50 but any other suggestions welcome !
I don't understand this at all. Caffeine and its derivatives improve airflow.

It's advice designed to hit you in the pocket.
The list is long and includes all sparkling drinks, including water. A lot of it doesn't make sense to me. If I find it from other sources too e.g. American Lung Association then okay we'll deal with it.
Friends have recommended Lidl decaffeinated teabags. I'm not keen on anything decaffeinated though, the chemicals used to strip out the caffeine make it an UP product.
No man is worth crawling on this earth.

So much to read, so little time.

Is decaf really UP? I notice the taste can be a bit odd with decaf tea. Decaf coffee often loses its taste and just tastes of milk..
my view is have less but have the proper stuff. Havent made my mind up on alcohol free beers.

It's like any other product - some brands/versions are UP and others aren't.  If you look for Swiss Water Method decaf it doesn't use any additional chemicals so isn't UP, but cheaper brands probably are.

£7.10 for a meal deal is a joke. Tesco meal deals are £3.50 with a club-card or the cheapest option is to make the sandwiches yourself at home.
