    How did you cook it? I'm debating whether to cook it overnight in the slow cooker with cola or doing it in the oven but im worried it may be a little dry.

    Cooked it in the oven 180c with foil loose on top, it was crispy on outside but as soon as you took the first slice off it was very tenderand juicy underneath :)
