OK great, I've changed the word offence to allegation?
And made a few spelling/grammar corrections.

Should I highlight specifically where the ppc is non compliant to pofa or leave it to them to prove they are fully compliant?

Leave the detail for WS and evidence stage, as long as you have mentioned this in the defence.

I would not quote their POC. The Judge can see what their claim says and doesn't say!

Many thanks all. I have filed the defence via the email shown in the defence template thread:
    ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk <ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk>

However, just to confirm, I received the claim form from the Civil National Business Centre, is the emeial still the same?

That's not the email address the Template Defence says to use.

    Hi All,

Thought I'd update the latest. After filing my defence, the judge asked DCBL to respond to the defence and a few days before their deadline, they emailed me a 50% off offer which I rejected and told them not to contact me by email.
A few days after that I received a Notice of discontinuance which was a relief!

Many thanks for your help once again guys.
