Does anyone know where to actually click on Equifax's website to obtain a statutory report? Its just sending me round in circles as I used to have the paid for account, and there's a button to sign up to that again, but not to download my statutory report?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

Tried to sign up using this link https://www.equifax.co.uk/Products/credit/statutory-report.html It said I already had an account so I reset the password. Then when I tried to login using the new password it said I need to call them.
I called them, they said I last accessed it in 2021 so they need to reverify ID for which they'll open a ticket on the Equifax Help website https://help.equifax.co.uk/EquifaxOnlineHelp/s/login/ (which unhelpfully is different to the Equifax website and you need a separate login for) and someone will send me a message on there asking for proof of ID and address.
Once I reset my password for the Equifax Help website and logged in, after a day I saw a message asking for ID and proof of address, uploaded it and another day or two later I got confirmation that it's all verified and had access to my statutory report on the Equifax.co.uk login.
Hope that helps!I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I had an account with them - years ago, but didn't pay for it, might have been a free trial.
I've just used the link above, clicked to login, gave my email address, clicked forgot my password, got a link to reset it, and on the first page 'dashboard' on the righthand side there is a button to get your statutory report. On the lefthand side it wants me to check my score, and start a free trial.
I suspect, like me, you still have an account and you'll need to login through that.
The process was remarkably simple for me - off to read the report now.1 -

Eventually got there and now that I have it's better than the Experian statutory one as you can just login and refresh to get the latest version.

Oh, and my score is back to 1000. Whoopee
If I do hear any more about why this happened, I'll add it to this thread.
@K_S - I wish you luck in getting the same resolution...
Even if I do get it sorted, I'm going to continue my complaint until they give me an explanation of why this happened as I think it's quite a big deal as it probably traces back to a mistake they made when rolling out the credit bureau reporting recently and must be affecting a good proportion of their customers with debit balances. As a mortgage broker, I shudder to think of all the people who must be going about their business not aware of an AP marker on their Equifax reports.
Neither was forthcoming (mostly due to what seems like a broken complaints handling process within Eon rather than anything nefarious) within 8 weeks following which I escalated it to the Energy Ombudsman. At stage 1 of the ombudsman process, Eon offered an explanation (basically amounting to saying that their system made an error, marked my account to be in arrears and reported the same to Equifax), apologised for the same, and offered a small amount of compensation. I've accepted the resolution and closed the complaint.
