Our surviving branch is a 30 mile round trip in rural Aberdeenshire. We take in small amounts of cash with our business, which we deposit every month or so. Not any more!
Introduced in April according to welcoming, floating staff person on entry, is the new plastic bag process. Customers, don’t waste our time by offering your cash and paying in slip to a friendly counter operative, here’s our new plastic bag for your cash, and to spend twice your time duplicating your slip details! Separate compartments for your cash and paying in slip, and a tear off strip for you to keep! No printed receipt! Place in the usual hole in wall! Unbeleeeeeevable. Presume hole in wall will be outside the closed branch shortly.
How to get rid of account holders in one go, Following RBS example.

I am not familiar with the Scottish banking system - but can you use the Post Office Banking Services?
Also, would you be able to change your business to accept card/mobile payments instead of cash?0 -
