Bought a camera on Amazon then price dropped before it was delivered

You can generally tell by the options it gives you, things where it says no need for a box or label are not going to be charged to you for example

Do your third party vendor's T&Cs say when a contrcat is formed? Is it when they accept your order or only when they dispatch the goods?
If a contract has not yet been formed I don't think there is anything to stop you from withdrawing your offer to buy before a contrcat is formed and before they send it to you. See regs 29(3) and 32(1) The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (legislation.gov.uk)
What do their T&Cs say?0 -
I've just had a message from the vendor to say that they will refund me £20, which sounds reasonable5

Good to hear. One thing that hasn't been mentioned had you returned it and rebought at the lower price: it could cost you your Amazon account if it's not the first time you've retuned stuff. They will close accounts with 'too many' returns.
