Social tariff for broadband

Hello
Not sure if this is the right section for this question, but has anyone applied for the social tariffs for broadband? I’m trying to work out how difficult or easy the application process is for someone with limited digital skills. Whether documents have to be uploaded etc. What sort of experience have people had trying to apply?
thanks in advance for any information on this

I learned through MSE about social tariffs and as I receive DLA, found I need only pay £12/month via Vodafone, whereas I was paying £28/month with my previous provider. This was for broadband and line only, calls would be charged extra but I don't use the landline as like most I use my mobile. The process was simple, Vodafone gave me a date for installation, I gave previous provider a months notice (my contract was at the end anyway) it was all done by email, nothing to upload. Vodafone arrived as arranged, installed the necessary equipment and within 8 hours it was up and running. One happy bunny paying less than 50% pm than previously.0
