Paid Virgin Card using giro slip account details

As above, i made a hefty payment on my virgin credit card using my card number as the reference but i assumed the giro slip details on my statement would be where i send them (sort code 300079 acc 00777777), however its been two days and no sign of the funds crediting my account - reviewing the statement it advises to use sort code 40-64-25 acc 41320424....
Any idea how i rectify?
