I'm not saying you can't try POPLA; in fact, if any of the more prominent signs (such as the entrance one) offer "x hours free parking" then that would be good evidence for POPLA if you said you relied on that offer.
Get photos if the signs over the weekend if it's local. Evidence is key and from your account, the signs are the only credible POPLA chance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah the manager at HB was useless. PE cancelled sent them template with pic of disability badge a d that was it. Took out the pay machine stuff only as its anpr camera based system. Also the signs should have in large writing applicable at all hours. If it did I'd never be in that position.0
