@ArbitraryRandom - thanks....well it's difficult to respond, their emails are "no reply" emails, but i did reply to an address fro someone who works there, and i did say, look, you haven't replied to my letter i sent in July? As yet, she has not replied to me. CL
Googling, I would suggest one (or all) of the following:

    collections_team@thebsbco.com
    complaints@thebsbco.com
    info@thebsbco.com

That's assuming this is the company that's been contacting you: https://www.thebsbco.com/

And I'd suggest keeping it formal - no questions, just a statement that you sent them a letter disputing the debt to (address) on (date) and haven't received a response, attaching a copy if you have it. If they are unable to provide evidence of your liability for the debt, then any further emails related to collection activity are in violation of FCA rules (paragraph 3.9k of DCG) and will be considered harassment.

Worth pointing out that BSB (or affiliate) suffered a major data breach a while back. As a result, quite few people were contacted by scammers that tried to con people out of money. Don't know how many got suckered in, but there have been several posts over the last year or two about the scammers.

Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.
  • I’ve had this BSB sending me odd txts and emails demanding payment since 2021 after Igloo went bust.At first I panicked because I never owed the amount they said and when I tried to put my argument forward they wouldn’t listen. However they’ve never actually gone for me for some reason anyone know why ??? Are they a scam company???
