I requested a replacement card - not arrived, the card on the app won't scan, can't get a new card in store, 25 minute wait before giving up after calling the customer service number. All this to earn the equivalent of 0.5p off a litre of fuel, and save 50p on a meal deal. No Morrisons near where I live, but plenty in the various places where I work and plenty that I pass when travelling.

For me, Morrisons More has encouraged me to go elsewhere!
