Funny given it's a 1st post.Mandir33 said:BREAKING NEWS : Thanks for all your feedback. I can now reveal that it was never my intention to obtain justice for myself ONLY because, whether my Breach Of Contract litigation was successful or not, I'd still have lost thousands. My intention from the outset was to expose Saga's despicable policy in the press for the benefit of ALL Saga victims and have been in regular contact with two prominent media outlets since May 2024 so please continue to WATCH THIS SPACE.One person = one account
It keeps things simple, and we will act on duplicates and any attempts to bypass this.

How much have you spent on legal advice/action so far?Mandir33 said:BREAKING NEWS : Thanks for all your feedback. Perhaps a crowdfunder would be a good idea. Lots of people on here are very cross about Saga's stance, some asking about "class actions," etc. I'd hope that some of them might put their money where their mouths are and share some of your costs, particularly since I recall you wiped out most of your savings on their behalf.3 -
If these two prominent media outlets have done nothing with the story in 18 months it sounds like there isn't much space to watch.Mandir33 said:BREAKING NEWS : Thanks for all your feedback. Once again - not exactly looking that way, is it? What's wrong with you guys? Bullying elderly forum members your only outlet?

I don't see anyone being bullied . I see people raising a topic, being given advice but responding in a bizarre almost aggressive way and then making odd statements easily shown to be false.

In addition, egging on elderly forum members to waste their savings tilting at windmills is hardly what I would call friendly (or indeed money saving).PHK said:I don't see anyone being bullied . Especially when this is a point of principal issue. Given that Saga are still supplying the media, only in a online form. Rather than a print format.
Lets face it they could simply have pulled it altogether.Life in the slow lane0 -
But, as I pointed out right back at the beginning, the fact that they will still be printing the magazine makes Saga's case weaker (unless this has changed over the past 2.5 years):born_again said:Especially when this is a point of principal issue. No matter the facts, when people start talking about 'points of principle', common sense often goes out of the window.born_again said:Especially when this is a point of principal issue.
We're talking about a company near liquidation.1
