Well done! Presumably you’re talking about a NDA, and hopefully your costs were pretty small. If you are in a position to share the details, let us know. Ignore the usual haters and their negativity, by the way. You always get that on threads like this!

When you read the post. I see nothing that says they have actually got anything as yet.

It would have been far better not to say anything till they were ready to post what the outcome was 👍

Indeed.  Anyone cheering-on someone who has put themselves at significant financial risk to pursue this has forfeited the right to criticise the invented hatred and negativity of others.

I'd humbly suggest that it might be worth leaving it there - looking a bit further back in the thread, it was resuscitated last year after being dormant for about ten months and the user who did the same again today posted then about legal action (and lack of assets, etc) and that and a number of subsequent posts were seemingly deleted:

What I want to know now is what on earth is it about SAGA magazine that would make someone risk everything they had over it?   It can't possibly have been *that* exciting to read... can it?

And then another poster mysteriously and immediately reappears in the thread the very same day, despite not otherwise commenting on any other thread in the Consumer Rights board in the intervening 12 months.   Funny that.

Goodness.........it's almost as if notifications aren't sent out when a thread's being watched, isn't it? Or as if only one person out of the thousands that were affected by this is interested in what's going on?

You do seem to be attracting some bizarre comments here from people strangely wound up by something that affects you (obviously) but not them. It's such a shame that in otherwise normally helpful MSE forums you're getting this, but such is life. Pay no heed - but feed back if you can.
