Virgin mobile problems
Options
My wife and I have had a Virgin SIM for ages, no problems. The DD at the bank automatically increases, so that is sorted, or should be. Last month my wife's phone couldn't make any calls, because she had gone over her credit limit - except she hadn't. The credit limit is £10 which she never uses. She cannot make any calls today, yet the DD has been taken from our account. I am on the same setup as her, but have never had any problems, this is a real PITA.

You'll need to look at your online account or telephone them about this. You'll need to find out why they thought your wife had gone over her spending cap.
If it is the case that calls were restricted then it should clear once the payment has been allocated to the account. However if it was another reason then it will require manual intervention.0 -
I have been into her account and there has been zero usage of the cap, it hasn't been touched. She hasn't been charged for any calls or data. This happened last month as well.

A couple of questions;
Firstly can she receive calls and texts?
Secondly what happens when she tries to make a call? If she gets a recorded message what does it say?0
