Any way I can use my Broadband connection with Virgin to tell them my landline is down?

Update - landline came back up a few days ago, but still no response to my Webform complaint - then today it's gone down again! Service status says BB issues in area that are being worked on (mine is fine!), but no issues with phone! I'll put ANOTHER complaint in via Webform, and will look around to see if other providers provide the same good BB and TV, but with more reliable landline. Don't want to leave Virgin, but need a reliable landline....
