I want to upgrade the inside of my porch to look a bit nicer. It is currently covered in shiplap that has been washed over with emulsion (and poorly done). Very ugly. There are gaps all around the bottom of the shiplap too. I saved some skirting board offcuts from my last DIY project to add on, and I'd like to cover over…

I really love the proper knotty-pine cladding that you see in a lot of 60s and 70s houses. Unfortunately what I have is probably closer to a garden shed

But I think I will just try to tart up what I already have, as a lot of the wall panels are very expensive.
