MSE Shark Ninja Website issue

I seem to be having an issue with taking up an MSE offer and trying to get to the bottom of it, specifically if there is a technical issue.

Usually the issue is an MSE code but the code works, sometimes it is stock, but there is stock and they even promise delivery within 24 hours via DPD.

I have tried to place the order 4 times, I have used different browsers, I do not use a VPN and weirdly I actually get to place the order, but within a minute the order is cancelled.

I can't imagine what the issue is but I can reproduce it as have done so 4 times!!

I ordered via Paypal for the additional security it provides and I get the email from Paypal saying the money has been taken by SharkNinja Europe Ltd (so do not appear to be scammers)

I get the order confirmation from Shark Ninja (Ninja Kitchen UK) but then within a minute I get a second email saying the order has been cancelled.

SharkNinja Europe Ltd have had the money so where is the problem, is this Paypal triggering something to Shark Ninja or is it SharkNinja Europe Ltd?  I don't know if they will take that money but they say they will take 5 to 10 days to refund me!!!  Just realised that if the transactions continue to take the money it will push me into overdraft at 39.9% eek!

Paypal blame SharkNinja Europe Ltd, Paypal worked normally, I got the security text and an email saying the transaction was complete.  I have never had this issue at the time of purchase with Paypal before, usually they refuse and that's it.

I know that there are scam sites copying Shark Ninja but I followed the MSE link, and the emails seem bona fide.

The exact issue is described at MSE link below, but on this thread I would like to find out if there is anything I could be doing, I do not have any weird add-ons, I used three different browsers all up to date, I have no issues ordering stuff from Amazon, eBay et al but they don't support the MSE code.

Sometimes when things repeatedly don't work I take it as a premonition that I would be better off not proceeding.

Certainly the 1 star reviews on Trustpilot suggest a lot of people had bad experiences with SharkNinja Europe Ltd, mostly with used devices being sent out as new,  also of Shark Ninja not refunding promptly AND of SharkNinja Europe Ltd  demanding the customer pay for the return of faulty goods.  Yet the Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it very clear that if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, do not last a reasonable length of time or are not as described, then it is the suppliers responsibility to pay for returns.  Obviously this differs for orders cancelled under consumer contracts legislation 14 day cool off returns, but those were not the reasons discussed on Trustpilot.  I know all suppliers have bad reviews but there seems to be a pattern here, I tried to call them but my phone is coded to not send caller ID and they refuse to take calls if number withheld (another ominous sign) I cannot change that as phone is locked down.

If any of the techs here can explain anything they see on the SharkNinja Europe Ltd website code that looks like it might be the issue then I would be grateful.

Trustpilot users also say customer support at SharkNinja Europe Ltd is diabolical so maybe I should just consider this a lucky break, but I have been on SharkNinja Europe Ltd mailing list for a while and every time they have stock it usually is sold out in hours or even minutes, so I was pleased to see the MSE offer.

Is it possible that MSE had only blagged a limited number which have all gone?
Systems are incorrectly allowing order to complete but because the limited number have been used up it is then cancelling the orders?
    Purely a guess.

No because if it expires or there is no stock or the number blagged expires then the code rejects the order.

This seems to be an issue of the website and payment system (it offers several)

I have since found that there is also a website tool called Fetchify that has a horrific and probably illegal data policy on it's website, that is embedded there, does some sort of verification without consent.  The company is owned by a company and when checked on Companies House is connected to a plethora of data companies.  Probably needs someone with skill to investigate it.

If Paypal made a Police like statement along the lines of "I can't give you detail but let me just say they are KNOWN to us".
