PROBLEM with MSE Ninja Foodi 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker 6L OL550UK offer


I have actually managed to place the order at least 4 times and not got that far numerous other times, each order was CANCELLED!
There is Stock
The MSE code works
Paypal works and the money is taken
When I tried to submit a contact form it is very tight and will not allow a report for that model and demands other data like order number and phone number.
It asks for the reason for contacting them and one of the options is "my order was cancelled" so they clearly operate some sort of process that regularly does this, otherwise why code it into their contact us form (it gets worse).
When I finally managed to submit the form I got what appeared to me a standard email within seconds

You already have a payment plan in place and we only allow 1 payment plan at an
address at a time
2. Failed security checks through either our system or our partnering payment
gateway
3. Incorrect details put in when placing the order
These are automatically cancelled through the system. If you already have a payment plan and would like to purchase, you will need to place an order and pay the full amount.
If it was for one of the other reasons and you still wish to purchase a SharkNinja product, please visit any of our retail partners who will be happy to assist.
=====================================================I do not think any of the above applied to me but SharkNinja Europe Ltd appear to not care, they just cancel the order for no apparent reason and the best they can do is tell me to go elsewhere
I thought that as affiliate who does not get paid MSE should be aware of this and perhaps decide that they no longer want to promote ANY products from SharkNinja Europe Ltd.
If I go elsewhere I will not make the saving and MSE will not get their commission.
It makes me wonder if they have simply used MSE as a way of promoting their brand.
If anyone else has had similar issues please post here as this is discrimination but not clear on what basis and they seem reluctant to explain.
