If anyone could help me with this, I should have done the breakdowns before, so thank you in advance if anybody who replied previously does so again. Now with my March I missed my housing element, the documents I provided weren't sufficient enough, it is shared accomodation, so I had a letter from my landlord which was meant to be one of the accepted documents as proof of where I live. I am awaiting backpay query, but it was sorted since April.
March: Standard allowance: 334.91 Limited capability: 132.89 Transitional Protection: 285.00
April: 334.91 Housing 296.40 and Limited Capability 132.89. My housing costs went down from where I was previously, because it used to be 340.00. May payments were with the increase of 10.1% so: Standard Allowance 368.74 Housing 296.40 and Limited Capability 146.31. My transitional element ceased in April. Thank you for any help.

Based on those figures i can see how they've said the TP eroded because there was no housing element in your March payment. In your April payment you had your housing element, which has then eroded your TP. If they owe you housing element for the March payment then in my opinion, your TP should be reinstated.

Was March your first UC payment, or did you have any before?
And if you had one before, was the housing element included in it along with the transitional element?

I moved in the Summer last year, so March wasn't my first UC payment. Moving meant going from ESA onto UC. Prior to this my housing element was £340 because I rented a place alone, but the landlord put it up for sale so I had to find somewhere else which is a room.

I moved last Summer and it was a house, so I was renting a whole place and therefore had a water bill to produce with my tenancy agreement to provide documentation. The landlord there put the house on the market, so I needed to move, didn't want to be living somewhere people would need to view. I found a room to rent, so I didn't have my name on a water bill. The documents I uploaded on my journal, they state a letter from the landlord was accepted with the tenancy, but oh no, this didn't suffice. I got my February payment, but needed to go to a jobcentre to have it verified so had to wait, then I fell ill with a chest infection, missed my appointment, went to another and got my documents verified there. This made me miss my March housing element, but I did explain I needed my March housing backdated. This didn't happen, so now I am redeclaring, after being told this what I must do in messages via my journal, my housing costs to get the backdated payment.
