    Just to confirm...
Are you saying that what you have posted in your opening post is exactly, word for word, what you filed as a Defence?

Ah, that Directions Questionnaire is just a copy of one completed by the Claimant's solicitor.
It accompanied a letter telling you they intend to proceed.

You need to wait for your own DQ to be supplied to you by the County Court Business Centre which you then complete.

I just need to know shall I contact them or fight it I have the evidence of the break down ideally I would like to not pay it as it extortionate and the fact the van was park and due to the lockdown rules I couldn’t move it

    Slow down.
If you have not received your own Directions Questionnaire from the County Court Business Centre, then you have nothing to fill in.

Please read the Template Defence thread.

The first 12 steps are there and it's a sticky thread, pinned at the top of the forum so no link is needed.

If your defence is EXACTLY as you put in your first post, you are going to have to work hard to compile a convincing witness statement (WS) when the time comes.  Look at WSs by @aphex007 and @SJRRJS.
