Can't get Vodafone offer - website error

I've been trying to access one of the Vodafone offers, but every time I get to the point where it checks your residence time at your address, it falls over with:
"Please try again...
Hopefully everything is working now, but if you still experience problems, please call our customer support centre on 08080 408 408 to help with your purchase."

I've tried clearing cookies etc, and 3 different browsers on my laptop. My wife got the same error on her phone.
Has anyone else got this? And solved it?!?!
Thanks,
Alex

Can you post the link? Where's it being offered?0

On here (moneysavingexpert.com) under "compare-broadband-deals". The exact offers are specific to postcode, I think.

Solved. It's a bug in the Vodafone web site. Our address includes an apostrophe, which was included by the address lookup process. But the validation rejects the apostrophe. The only reason I saw it was because I tried testing it by giving our entry date as less than 3 years ago - so it asks for an additional address. If you only give one addres, the error is hidden.
I might apply for a job as a test analyst....0
