  • Offer has got to be a banker at this point… I’m driving my MA mental with pushing it through, 2 working day turnaround for valuation review according to their website.

How long after val review likely to see an offer? End of the week?

    I think you will win.
The lender has just asked for a letter from the employer on ours.

  • So your UW is being done while the Val is awaited?

We requested to hold off on the val until after underwriting so we could get the val fee refunded if it all failed.

Not bothered about winning just need the finishing line! It's the taking part that counts!
  • @ACG, Are TML likely to run another credit search before they finalise offer?

Im not quite sure. We did everything, gave them an explanation etc. Then they came back and asked for a letter - my explanation was not enough.

I dont think they do. I have never had anyone tell me they have had another credit check after the application went in.
