Any comparison sites that list only options actually available at a address?

Hi,
Does anyone know any comparisons that list only services actually available at the given location? I'm looking for options at home, where neither FTTC nor FTTP are available, yet any comparison site that I've tried lists page after page of fibre services.

Comparison sites only work with what they know and they should show you what you can get . How do you know you can't get FTTC at least?

And what happens if you skip the comparison websites and just go for a quote from TalkTalk or Plusnet or whoever? This EOL situation is an edge case for the comparison websites. They probably don't know its an EOL and just assume you can get Fibre.0

Cheers. Yes I can check each provider one by one, but that takes time and hits a lot of dead ends from providers who can't offer anything at our address. Also I don't actually know every ISP off the top of my head so could be missing the best simply because i havent thoughtvof them. This what comparis9n sites are supposed to help with, although i know they're not 100%.
By the way it's not only EO lines that can't get FTTC, there are plenty of places where distance from their cabinet is too great. There was talk of "Long reach VDSL" but I don't believe it ever came into service.0
