Unless a spectacular coincidence, OP has got as far as trying to sue the airline but has encountered legal difficulties....

I doubt any company on a no-win no fee basis will want to take it on at the stage of having been struck out for what appears to be a total lack of evidence of a claim in the Particulars. The first thing to do would be an application to set aside the strike out which will require an appearance and the claims companies work on the basis that all they need to do is write a couple of letters and hey presto in 95% of cases they can either collect with no further action or decide not to proceed any further.
