No it wouldn't.  They are not watching your thread and even if they were...it doesn't matter!

You haven't said whether the specific phrase that POPLA said was missing from a Premier Park NTK, is missing from yours.

My bet is that it is missing.

You know what that EXACT phrase is because the POPLA Assessor says so.

    From POPLA assessor:
"In this case, the PCN in question does not state “pass this notice to the driver” or words to this eff etc, and therefore the parking operator has failed to transfer the liability onto the registered keeper."

    My PCN:
"If you were not the driver, please supply the full name and current serviceable postal address of the driver so the liability of the Parking Charge Notice may be transferred to the driver."

I've read it and to my understanding it is included on the front of the NtK at the last line of the second paragraph but NtK attached below and I genuinely hope I'm wrong :)

Does it say "“pass this notice to the driver”?

Assessor says words to that effect so doesn't transfer the liability to the driver would be the words to that effect?
I'm genuinely grateful but confused 😃
I'll go with your advice as you guys are experts but could you explain in more detail or point me in the right direction I'm quite intrigued.

No, it's not. There are no words to the  effect “pass this notice to the driver”.

So the first point in your POPLA appeal (having avoided saying who was driving in the appeal) will be this, so that POPLA may recognise it:

In this case, the PCN in question does not state “pass this notice to the driver” or words to this effect, and therefore the parking operator has failed to transfer the liability onto the registered keeper.

I had a spat with another motorist last week as we went to the shops and there was no Blue Badge bays available so parked in the nearest bay to the store which was a parent and child bay ,put our blue badge in the windscreen and thats when the row started ,i always thought the blue badge trumps everything else ( not belittling the use or need of a blue badge ) i did not think i was at fault but interested to hear other views.
Blue badge is meaningless in private car parks.
The car park was outside a Sainsburys store in a shopping centre

@Coupon-mad Thanks for the help and my apologies for doubting you sir/madam.
I've added additional points following the newbie advice of throwing everything and the kitchen sink but today I've received following email:

As you can guess I have not paid the fine :)

Bit less satisfying than having POPLA tell them their NTK is garbage or pick up on my other points but a win is a win :)
