TUI flights

TUI
I have booked flights only with them and 2 days later, after booking,
I wanted to cancel due to an error on my part thinking I was flying to
the main airport in Florida . This happened over a month ago ( I fly
in September ) but they are unwilling to refund me the money and to be
honest, the customer service is, at best, appalling.

I am not at my wits end as I stand to loose over £2000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you booked a non-refundable flight then you are reliant on their goodwill to amend it if they are willing to do so.
You have no cancellation rights for a nonrefundable flight.
What airport have you booked, and what should you have booked? Is it possible to travel between airports?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Are you referring to the fact that TUI now fly to Melbourne Orlando (MLB) rather than Sanford (they never used the main Orlando airport (MCO) as such)?  If so, surely it would make more sense to simply accept a longer transfer time than to lose all your money, as they're not under any obligation to refund you in such circumstances?

The terms and conditions for flight only bookings are here - https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/booking/tandc?bdate=2023-03-02&bcode=TH&ptype=FO
"All bookings are non-refundable. Changes may, however, be made to your booking, subject to availability, as well as the conditions and charges stated on this website."
agree with above, best to look at transfer options
