I know referrals aren’t allowed on here, but any idea how I find a referral, point me in the right direction?

Can I sign up then refer my partner, thus receiving £250 in total and she receives £125?
Yes it says somewhere in description "friends and family" so it should work. This is what I'm doing, completed application for my wife just now.  When her account is opened I will use her account to refer myself. £250 in total.

Related to this, I have an interesting Q. Me and Wife are both now switched to Co-Op. Can I refer and can she refer me at the same time and we can get £500 in total? I reviewed their T&C and it doesn't have anything legal against this proposal.

In order to qualify as a referrer you have to have been a customer at the point you refer.

Becoming a customer normally means 'have an account'. I successfully referred a number of people, all of whom opened their accounts after I had received my own account details.

There's no way you can both benefit from referring one another, I don't think. You can find someone to refer whoever opened their account first then try having that person refer the other.

To give an idea of current payout timescales, someone I referred via another platform, switch completed 18 July at which point additional requirements had not been completed - Payout today  :)

I can't seem to find the switch form for them online. Do I have to really ring or visit a branch?

Why have the refer a friend form but not one for a switch online (like most banks?)

Have you applied for an account with them yet? There should be an option to request a switch as part of the account application process. If you've already applied for an account without arranging a switch then I believe you would need to ring them or visit a branch to initiate a switch.
