Share dealing account advice please

Hi, looking for some share dealing account advice please. 

I have recently retired and have some SIP shares in equate plus, i have to transfer or sell them by 2nd June, price not great so looking at transferring them and sell at a later date when price hopefully gets better. 

I wont be buying any other shares so looking for an account that wont cost much to transfer/keep/sell them when the time comes.

Can they be transferred into a tax wrapper such as an ISA ? Details in both links.

Thanks, they are foreign shares so presume they will stiil be taxed at source as at present, I wont keep them long enough for CGT to be an issue, so pretty sure an isa transfer will not be advantageous, will check the XO link.
