Alternative fuel payment proof

I'm trying to claim the afp and just received back a letter saying my application is missing paid invoice information. I had sent them a copy of the order with the application but this does not seem to qualify as proof. The only other order details I have is in my Boiler Juice Account, however the billing address is different to the delivery address as my sister ordered it for me as I'd only just bought my house and didn't have a clue about buying oil (my sister lives 5 mins away so was here to oversee the delivery and she buys oil herself so knew what she was buying etc). I did of course reimburse her the cost. Does anyone know if this will cause any problems, does it matter if the addresses don't match?
