Cancelled sky but still connected

Hi all MSE's, on 25th April, I phoned sky and cancelled Broadband and phone after being out of contract for 8 months...fine. However I am still connected when it was meant to be turned off on Tuesday gone. I have not heard anything, I have not received a returns thing for the router and looking on my sky account, future bills are still there with dates ad amounts, please can someone advise me what I can do.

Just go into your bank account and cancel the DD that will see them cut the service as soon as they cannot get the next payment. When the ex died in 2010 she had Sky and they disconnected the service as soon as they couldn't get the payment.

the cancellation may not have been processed so rather than cancelling DD and getting a black mark on your credit report I would call Sky again and check

Sounds like the cancellation did not go through. You need to call them to clarify the situation.

Funny thing is, this happens quite alot, I imagine to get more money and Play the old oh sorry it didn't go through or some other BS
