Sony Ericsson W810i (O2) black

Hi there,

I've been searching the internet all day today and can't seem to find a reasonably priced Sony Ericsson W810i for the O2 network in the colour Black.
I'm aware that there is a White version on the O2 website for £69.99 although I don't think it looks as good!

If anyone can help on this issue I'd be very grateful.

carphone warehouse sells black w810i's on orange (i think). most of CPW's phones are simfree (unlocked).

Thanks for your reply, although I do think I've read somewhere that they do need to be unlocked if on Orange/Vodafone/T-Mobile.

It depends. T-Mobile and 3 yes. cpw doesn't do Vodafone as such. All my contract phones have been unlocked which is a bonus.

Just found it on e2save on the Vodafone network for £49.95

Any ideas if it will be locked?

£59.95 including the airtime voucher. You could always ask E2Save. It may well be. Vodafone also sometimes gives you the unlock code free after a year - at least on contract.

locked, cos I just bought one from them. I got cable and cracked SEMCtool so I unlocked it by myself:T

Might just go with the white one I guess. I've wasted all day looking for a black one and cannot find one at a good price on o2!
