Do you know how often they send these forms out to people who do not live in the UK?

I get a German pension and they used to send them annually but now the shiny new EU/UK information exchange system is in place, they have stopped requesting them - I assume that is (in theory) EU-wide.
My MIL lives overseas and gets one from the UK every now and then so far as I can tell.1 -
