BT broadband contract

hi all i was wondering if there is any advice on how to leave bt early. As they wont lower my bill even thought i have told them in cant afford what we pay. The contract doesnt end till november 2024 so its a long time away but i have been with them for nearly 5 years.

You may be able to move to it with no exit fee.Otherwise... you need to speak to them. https://www.bt.com/help/here-for-you/financial-support - and make sure you get through to the right department as opposed to whoever answers first.With regards to contract, well unfortunately that's what you agreed to price wise.0
