Sent my WS to the court and claimant via email today.

    Got acknowledgement emails confirming it.

Sent the court the hard copy of my WS too but not the claimant.

I now have until 15 January to send my WS for the 2nd claim (4 PCNs)
I have not received the Claimants WS yet.

Will use my previous WS as a template and adjust accordingly.

Yes and add the wording from the forum about Henderson v Henderson / cause of action estoppel.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I just received this letter today:
The 2nd Claim (4 PCNs, £923.12) has been struck out! Didn't even send my WS.
So is it done? Can NPM reopen this claim or is it not worth it for them? @Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk @KeithP

Now it got me wondering if they paid the hearing fee for the 1st Claim...

Yay! Let's assume the court hasn't overlooked the payment, in which case Gladstones will resurrect this with a later hearing. Hope not.  Keep your paperwork just in case, but that hearing and all deadlines are cancelled!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Please do the same as this person this coming week, before the Inquiry closes:

You have a story to tell about the delays and mistakes by the court (sending you a DQ twice) but more importantly show them both claim forms and point out that bulk litigators are abusing the court process by filing two claims for the same Claimant, doubling the burden.

The Justice Inquiry closes on 17th.

Nice one! and yes I will do. The past 5 or so years I have been so damn fed up with these private parking companies and their disgusting abusive practices. The Gov needs to pass that new code of practice soon!!!

Just received the Claimants trial bundle through the post today. Regarding the last remaining Claim (1 PCN).

It includes all the documents, WS etc. Copy of my WS included.

@Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk Is there anything I need to do at this stage?

Read it through and use that bundle in terms of page numbers at the hearing, then all parties and the Judge has the same page open.

Read and know your defence, witness statement and evidence inside out, make yourself a crib sheet so that, if you are given a chance by the judge to talk at the hearing, you can make sure you get across ALL your points.  Make sure your crib sheet contains pointers from your WS to the evidence page and paragraph using the claimant's bundle as @Coupon-mad suggests.
