Seems like a typical copy and paste like others I have seen. They always mention how defendant uses the internet...
Are there any holes in this WS I can use against them?
On Page 9 it shows the service level agreement between NPM and the Gordon Nobles Builders Ltd not sure if they are exactly the land owners...
But it says commencing on 01/10/2022...
My car was parked there in 2021... Can I use this against them in my WS and in court?
@Coupon-mad @KeithP @Le_Kirk
what do you guys think? I would appreciate any advice
Thank you0 -

I parked my car there in 2021... Can I use this against them in my WS and in court?Yes! Big time!
And suggest that these third party builders aren't the landowner (or were not in 2021) so they have no standing.
Put the C to proof. It's their case to prove. You just lay out the banana skins.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Surely you can see that would be better as "the car was parked there in 2021".
The parking companies and their stooges are known to read this forum. Take care.4 -

The Claimants WS:
The Claimant therefore claims:
1. Judgement for the principal debt of £100.00
2. The additional costs of £70.00 or such other amount as the court considers fair and reasonable up to a maximum of £70 given the circumstances of the case.
3. Any additional costs incurred by the Claimant to date.
4. The Claimant also seeks interest at 8% or some other such rate as deemed appropriate by the court, pursuant to Section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984.
Can I still use PoFA 2012 and CPR 27.14?
They have no evidence of the £70 additional costs, none of which is in the signage.

I don't understand your question. How does that standard stuff always seen in every PPC's template WS drivel affect anything?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
