Hi all
Could anyone advise please. I am part beneficiary to my uncle's farm in southern Ireland amounting to around EURO.49K
I believe the tax free threshold is 32,500 for nieces, but as my uncle died first, was left to my aunt, who has since died.
I have been told as my aunt isn't 'blood' relative, tax-free threshold is 16,250.
