Getting a new PAYG
Options
Mobile novice here, only ever had one mobile!
On a Vodaphone PAYG now, looking for a new mobile (old one is glitching) that is PAYG. Do I need to get something that is 5g compatible, I hardly use my mobile, nearly all my internet usage is on my PC?
I have a local Carphone Warehouse but I am such a mobile novice I can see myself getting taken for a ride, but buying from there would make sorting any issues I have with the phone easier. Looking at the under £200 range, any suggestions on a phone would be much appreciated!

Oneplus Nord ce2 lite
Redmi note 120 -
I was having a look at the Redmi 9T but the Oneplus seems a little expensive, also all the new mobiles are much larger than I am used to, don't they have issues fitting in a front jeans pocket? That said though I won't use the internet much when I do a larger screen and decent resolution would be a must.

You do need at least 4G - I doubt there is anything sold new that isn't but avoid any 2nd hand 3G phones as it is being switched off.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Phone are large these days. If you want a smaller phone, you need to spend £300 for a new phone
Have a look at Pixel 6a and Moto Edge 30 Neo.
Keep an eye on HUKD for Pixel 6a. There are good deal pop up every so often.
Alternative, you can look at used samsung galaxy S, iphone0 -
It's also worth noting that it's getting more difficult to find a straight forward PAYG tariff. Everything seems to be geared towards 'bundles' that roll over monthly.0
