    Yes, I re-sent it again last night....and again this morning. I sent it before the deadline! They shouldnt be allow to seek a default judgment against me if I've completed everything that was required.

    Hi all.
    Im having the same issue right now with Civil Enforcement.  They have sent me a letter before action today.  
    Please advice me the nest steps.  I can't seem to find the newbies/FAQ thread to see what i can do as my next steps.

    You need to start your own thread with your own details otherwise it can get confusing trying to deal with two issue on one thread.  The NEWBIE sticky is on the first page of the forum and is one of the announcements.
