Appeal USA phone bill charges?
I have just got back from USA and despite being really careful about only using the phone for WiFi VOIP calls, I got a bill of £93 for mobile data alone.
Itemised bill shows around £10 per MB - an extortianate rate that I was not aware of and still surprised I used enough to warrant £93.
Do I have a leg to stand on to appeal this? How would I go about it?
Thanks for any help
