Hi

I received a txt today from the Small Claims mediation service to ‘remind’ me of a mediation session tomorrow referring to an appointment letter. I have received no such letter from them so not sure what to do.
Does anyone know if they just call up or do I have to dial in?

The mediation service will call you on the phone number you provided

Study the 8 steps for advice on what to say, but dont discuss the case with them, only a monetary settlement figure, or make no offer at all, Happy to let the court decide

It arrives by email, not letter.

Either ignore the call or take it and tell the Mediator 'no offer, goodbye' (but you already know all this from the 8 steps).
