You have received poor quality bog paper from three powerless debt collectors. If there is another bog-roll shortage you will be ahead of the game.
The debt collectors will have been instructed by an unregulated private parking company. Harassment is a very high legal bar to achieve.

You do however need to deal with the letter of claim from DCB Legal Ltd as already advised.

Do keep on with complaints to the landowner and the keeper's MP.

Do keep an eye on this forum so you can contribute to the public consultation on parking charges due to occur some time before the parliamentary summer recess.

The secret is that DCBL DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND that UKPC claims are utter rubbish.
A judge will know they are rubbish and DCBL take a mega risk in court where they will be spanked  ?    That is why DCBL chicken out so many times and discontinue

AND, it is well worth pointing out to your MP this scam and how DCBL are a serial timewasters for the courts

Let your MP read this thread and report DCBL to the MoJ
