Read your lease/AST/property rental/ownership agreement to see what it says about parking, parking restrictions, unregulated private parking companies, parking charge notices, paying parking charge notices, court, and your right to quiet enjoyment.
What it doesn't say is equally important.

Those are the Ts and Cs that apply to you and all other residents. It's called primacy of contract, and an unregulated private parking company that is not a party to your property rental agreement cannot vary, amend, or take away your existing rights.
To do so would be a derogation of grant.
The PPC is not offering you anything that you don't already have, so there is no offer, there is nothing to consider, and therefore there can be no contract.
Neither you nor any other residents have a contract with this PPC no matter what they put on their signs. You need to aggressively complain to the landowner and the managing agents and your MP to get this harassment stopped.

No one seams to care, that these companies bully private ownership of the parking space. They go inte deaf hears and then sell the fine to debt recovery companies ... CPM never loses money! It's a abuse and bullying behaviour pattern.

Once I didn't register on a pub, but was enough to prove I was there for them to cancel.

My Southern Housing that manages the site felt like was just fair for them to get me the fine and also said I need to display permit as per T&C ... probably they couldn't be asked to interfere or ask for the fine to be waived.

It's just a scam system and bullying behaviour!
Yes that is exactly what it is.

That is why this board is here, to fight back. The knowledgeable and helpful people here really do care and are doing a flecking excellent job of putting these parasites back in the gutter where they belong.

Just follow all the advice given here and you can put another nail in the PPC coffin.
Thank you for your support and advice

Yup, don't go away, stay here - daily, every day, several times a day.
    Will do. Thank you
